The Land Records and Regulations Department provides zoning, sanitary, land division, and real property listing information. The County Surveyor is also located within this department. This office issues zoning, sanitary and other permits which are required by the County’s zoning,
shoreland, private sewage system, subdivision and nonmetallic mining ordinances. We also have parcel maps and information and survey records.
We hope this web site provides you with the resources you need to become familiar with our “northwoods” county. We welcome any comments and suggestions!
