Welcome to the Langlade County Land Records & Regulations Department. This web page contains the minimum requirements and information and is subject to change. Please contact the Department prior to building and/or developing to obtain the most current information and required permits. Our office hours are 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.

The Land Records and Regulations Department provides zoning, sanitary, land division, and real property listing information. The County Surveyor is also located within this department. This office issues zoning, sanitary and other permits which are required by the County’s zoning, shoreland, private sewage system, subdivision and nonmetallic mining ordinances. We also have parcel maps and information and survey records.
